today had the floorball tryouts.
damn tired i tell u.first first only ah.
long time never exercise and run and stuff.

we had to go through 6 stations but my grp only went through the first 5 stops.
like whaaaat.
and when i was doing the beep test,i reached the 5.6 already and the instructor told me to stop.
daaaaamn.
the cinone tk suroh stop. aku dier suroh stop. merepeeeeek.

i know ah my stamina good.scared i run all the way till level 10 right??

my shuttle run was for fun -.-
the controlling of the floorball was belo of me.
i got lost in the circuit.
